The Covestro Agile Office design, created by Yvonne Chow, blurs the line between work and life, reflecting Covestro's global presence and drawing inspiration from Hong Kong culture. One of the unique features of the Agile Office design is the incorporation of designated neighborhoods on the floor. These neighborhoods represent different aspects of Hong Kong, such as street art, fishing villages, cityscapes, and night streets. These elements are subtly and abstractly integrated into the design, creating a visually stimulating environment that sparks creativity and interaction.

The Agile Office design also prioritizes collaboration and flexibility. While open workspaces encourage natural interaction between different business units, quiet zones are also provided for focused work. Unlike traditional office designs, the Agile Office merges the reception area and work café seamlessly into a central hub.
